Our goal is to create hyper-realistic, cinematic visual experiences that go beyond the usual industry standards. What You'll Do: Thorough File Review and Verification: You will open and meticulously check files in formats like Revit, FBX, OBJ, CAD, ensuring everything aligns perfectly with the technical plans. Task Assignment and Distribution: Once files are reviewed, you'll assign tasks to the modelers with clear instructions and keep track of their progress. Continuous Process Supervision: You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring the production follows all technical and artistic specifications, error-free and on schedule. Final Quality Assurance: With your critical eye, you’ll ensure that every render meets our high standards of hyper-realism and is ready for client delivery. What We’re Looking For: Strong Architectural Background: You must have a deep understanding of architectural drawings and principles and superior skills in the visualization process and outcome. Team Management Experience: You’ll coordinate multiple artists, assign tasks, and ensure smooth operations. Technical and Artistic Skills: Proficiency in tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, CAD. The ability to deliver top-tier, hyper-realistic renders is essential. Bonus Skills: Experience with animation or AI tools is a plus for future workflow enhancements.
