Key purpose of the role: Support the Culture & Capabilities Stream of the Accelerate Program with the planning, coordination and delivery of Learning & Development activities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring L&D project activities run smoothly and efficiently, supporting both the operational and strategic aspects of the program. This position sits within a team that operates with agile mindsets and works predominately with HR subject matter experts. Your Team The Capability Team (a department within People & Culture) plays a critical role in equipping employees with the right skills, knowledge and human capabilities to perform their roles effectively. ASX is undergoing strategic transformation, with a renewed focus on culture, operational resilience, and leadership capability to support its future ambitions. The P&C Capability team are central to this work and responsible for developing and enhancing employees’ mindsets, knowledge and skills, through the design and delivery of development programs, designing learning content and coaching and advisory services. The team also play a critical role in developing current and emerging leaders, and high-potential talent through the delivery of end-to-end learning and leadership initiatives. This role represents an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development professional to provide high quality learning program management and event management to a dynamic People and Culture team. Your responsibilities Program delivery Proactively schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, learning activities and stakeholder engagements. Maintain records in the SuccessFactors Learning Management System and other internal databases. Prepare various forms of reporting on L&D metrics to support the development and implementation of program deliverables. Act as the first point of contact for Culture & Capabilities Stream L&D activity and other learning related activity. Proactively contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined processes, procedures and systems in line with business needs. Assist the Capability Team where appropriate, to develop resources and communications that support the delivery of learning and development content for employees. Liaise with internal departments to gather information and maintain alignment. Support meetings by capturing minutes, tracking actions and ensuring follow up. Manage and maintain project and program documentation. Assisting in communicating change requirements into the business in conjunction with the ASX’s overall change strategy. Evaluates and monitors the performance of learning delivery activities. Risk Management & issue resolution Support Program to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges and resolve issues to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. Continuous Improvement Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Stream, encouraging feedback and implementing lessons learned to enhance future projects. Demonstrate behaviours in line with the ASX culture (committed, accountable, connected, curious). Your experience and qualifications Must have Previous experience in an administration, HR or coordination role (ideally within Learning & Development, HR or Talent) in a project delivery environment. Experience managing and coordinating schedules, events or programs end to end. Demonstrated prior experience coordinating learning or similar events, including in face-to-face, virtual, individual and group learning environments) Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experienced in the use of Learning Management Systems (preferably SuccessFactors and/or WorkDay). Demonstration of excellent attention to detail, communication, planning, time management and organisation skills, with proven problem-solving ability and commitment to stakeholder management. Understanding of project delivery frameworks & methodologies (familiarity with Jira and/or Confluence desirable). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), advanced skills in Excel, incl. PivotTables, Power Query, building Dashboards, etc. Willingness to learn with a genuine interest in the development and organisation of workplace adult learning and organisational change initiatives. Interest in growing a career in Learning & Development and developing performance consulting, instructional design and facilitation skills over time. Nice to have Experience working with external vendors, facilitators and learning providers. Experience within a Financial Services sector Interest in or exposure to culture transformation initiatives.
