Job Title: Build Lean KPI System + Data Plumbing for GoHighLevel Long-Distance Pipeline Job Description: I’m looking for an experienced GoHighLevel + automation freelancer who can design and implement a lean KPI tracking system for my Long-Distance moving pipeline. Four lead sources flow into the same pipeline, and I need proper data plumbing, definitions, and dashboards to ensure accountability. Pipeline Stages (in order): New → Warm Lead/No Call 24h → No Answer → Contacted → Follow Up → Walk-through Booked → Walk-through Completed → Sent Invoice Need Follow Up → Deposit Received → Sales Agreement → Turned Over to Fulfilment Partner → Lost Deal. Key definitions that must be enforced: • Qualified = actually needs movers (everything else = non-qualified). • Win = Deposit Received. • Speed-to-lead SLA = first text within 5 minutes. • No-response 24h = no reply within 24h. • We are not tracking refunds. Data Plumbing (Make.com → Google Sheets): • Append rows for lead creation, first text sent, stage changes, estimates sent, and deposits received. • Normalize timestamps to America/Toronto. • Avoid storing PII beyond IDs. • Must capture “from_province” → “to_province” for KPI tracking. (This often gets overlooked, but it’s mandatory.) Dashboard (Looker Studio preferred): • Views: MTD, QTD, WoW, MoM. • KPIs: lead volume by source, qualification rates, no-response count/rate, walkthroughs booked/completed, estimates sent, wins & close rates, deposit dollars, speed-to-lead, funnel conversion percentage, and province-to-province performance. Deliverables: • Working Make scenarios writing events to Sheets. • Dashboard with the above KPIs. • Test with one lead from each source, end-to-end. • Handoff doc + SOP so I can maintain it solo. Optional (bonus if included): • Goal tracking (percent to goal and run-rate). • Source economics (wins per lead, deposits per win). • Alerts (no contact in 60 minutes, invoice sent 48 hours no reply). • Loom walkthrough of system. ⸻ 👉🏾 Apply if you have proven experience with GoHighLevel, Make.com, and Looker Studio dashboards, and can deliver a clean, accountable KPI system that I can maintain after handoff.
