We are offering a fully equipped commercial kitchen inside a busy pub to an experienced chef, food entrepreneur, or small food brand looking to run their own operation.

This is a kitchen rental opportunity, not a traditional employment role. You operate independently, keep your profits, and run the kitchen as your own business while paying a fixed rent.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate your own food concept
• Create and manage your own menu
• Handle food purchasing, prep, and service

Requirements:

Compensation:

• Kitchen is rented at a fixed monthly rate
• You keep 100% of your food sales
• Rent and terms discussed during interview
