  • Job Description
  • RW&CO, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking a responsible and customer-focused Part-Time Keyholder to join our team in Barrie, Canada. As a Keyholder, you will play a crucial role in supporting store operations, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in the management of our retail location.
  • Assist in opening and closing store procedures, including cash handling and security protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clients
  • Support the store management team in daily operations and achieving sales targets
  • Oversee and motivate sales associates during assigned shifts
  • Manage cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and displaying merchandise
  • Ensure the store's visual presentation meets company standards
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
  • Participate in loss prevention efforts and maintain store security
  • Train and mentor new team members as needed
  • Qualifications
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion or apparel
  • Experience in a supervisory or key holder role is highly preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
  • Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate team members
  • Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and loss prevention techniques
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and retail operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
