- Contribute to the growth of Azelis according to the mission and objectives set annually for the group and division, mainly by: Maintaining existing accounts, building solid relationships, to increase our position with these accounts to ensure their complete satisfaction towards AZELIS. Developing new prospects into buying accounts by offering superb customer experience. Participating in industry related events as assigned by the Sales Manager. Working closely (including joint customers visits and presentations when & where needed) with the Product Managers, Sales Manager and Business Manager to develop sales and maximize profitability. Develop and build opportunities pipeline and report accordingly to Azelis and to Suppliers Negotiating selling price and maintain profitability. Working closely with the internal operational team to ensure fluent communication related to accounts in order to optimise the client experience with Azelis. Produce reporting and complete other documents as defined internally, respecting delay and establish processes, to ensure constant financial target monitoring and support operational needs surrounding sales and business activities. Contribute and collaborate in the development of computerized systems, evaluating all new features or system that apply to their unit, to ensure compatibility and suitability of these and identify issues before implementation of new features or systems. Contribute to develop and maintain an excellent teamwork with all Azelis Solutions departments, and other groups where applicable, by communicating proactively and sharing best practices to improve the efficiency and consistency of the group. Assist or lead special projects by providing expertise related to their field of expertise to meet various business needs. Provide an internal point support in performing all other responsibilities entrusted to enable Azelis meet its service and / or to achieve its objectives. Minimum Educational Requirements College or University degree with preference for Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, other scientific discipline Education related to the division (e.g. pharmaceutical, cosmetic, etc.) Work Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years of formulating bench experience in the cosmetic industry The successful candidate requires minimal supervision, is outgoing, builds relationships easily, is goal oriented and has strong organizational and time management skills.
