About
- We are looking for an experienced and partner-operations savvy Salesforce specialist to join our team as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant.
- This role serves as a functional and solution consultant for global partner transformation programs, combining expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, PRM frameworks, Sales Cloud, and partner ecosystem processes. The consultant leads the design and delivery of scalable partner solutions that support modern channel operations and global partner models.

Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end design of Salesforce PEM/PRM solutions, including portal architecture, partner journeys, programs, and workflows.
- Translate business objectives into scalable Experience Cloud configurations, partner data models, and PRM components.
- Design and implement deal registration, partner onboarding, enablement flows, partner scoring, and tiering mechanisms.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and configuration documentation.
- Configure Salesforce Experience Cloud, PRM modules, Sales Cloud objects, and related custom components.
- Collaborate with architects on multi-org strategies, SSO, identity, and integration architecture.
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, platform governance, and security standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate workshops with Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, Enablement, and IT teams.
- Advise stakeholders on partner program optimization, portal UX, and operating models.
- Lead demos and design reviews with business and technical audiences.
- Coordinate with global and regional teams during template design and rollout phases.
- Project Leadership
- Support project planning and estimation for PEM/PRM workstreams.
- Mentor consultants and offshore teams on Experience Cloud and PRM best practices.
- Ensure delivery quality, testing readiness, and partner pilot success.
- Support change management, training, and partner adoption strategies.
- Technical & Process Excellence
- Design scalable data models and process flows supporting partner ecosystems.
- Define and document user stories and functional specifications.
- Apply Experience Cloud security best practices, including SSO, identity, roles, and sharing models.
- Support integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, incentive management, mapping tools).
Requirements
- Core Experience
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of channel operations, partner programs, deal registration, onboarding, and multi-region partner models.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud objects (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads) in partner-driven environments.
- Proven ability to design scalable data models and partner workflows.
- Salesforce Expertise & Certifications
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Practical experience configuring partner lifecycle processes (Recruit Onboard Enable Co-Sell Support Grow) is highly desirable.
- Technical & Consulting Skills
- Experience writing detailed user stories and functional specifications.
- Strong understanding of SSO, identity management, and Experience Cloud security architecture.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and ecosystem tools (e.g., ERP systems, incentive management platforms).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and client-facing consulting skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM Analytics, MuleSoft, or Learning Cloud.
- Background in channel sales, partner programs, or vendor ecosystems.
- Experience supporting global rollouts across multiple countries and languages.
