Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer (mobile + web) to build a new platform consisting of: Mobile Application (iOS & Android) Two types of user roles (end-user and service provider). Secure registration and login with OTP verification. Profile management (including uploading documents/images). Posting service requests with configurable details (date, time, location, additional options (add-ons), etc.). Select to hire directly or: Receiving and submitting offers (hourly or fixed-rate pricing models). In-app notifications (push + email/SMS). Rating and feedback system after service completion. Secure payment integration (credit card, escrow-style release on confirmation). Web Admin Portal User management (approve, suspend, verify). Dispute handling and refund management. Reporting & analytics (active users, completed jobs, revenue, ratings). Configurable Terms & Conditions for different user roles. Technical Requirements: Frontend (Mobile): React Native or Flutter (cross-platform preferred). Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or similar modern framework. Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL (with scalability in mind). Authentication: OTP via SMS/email, secure session management. Payments: Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent PCI-compliant solution. Hosting/Cloud: AWS / GCP / Azure Admin Portal: Web app (React, Angular, or Vue). Notifications: Push + SMS + Email integration. Add the apps in Google Play and App Store Languages: English/French support (localization). Qualifications: Proven track record of building marketplace or booking platforms. Strong experience in cross-platform mobile development. Expertise in secure payment integrations. Familiarity with scalable cloud deployments. Strong portfolio of similar projects (links to apps or demos). Deliverables: Fully functional iOS and Android apps. Web-based Admin Portal. Secure backend with APIs. Documentation (technical + deployment). Post-deployment support (initial bug fixes). Engagement: Fixed-price or milestone-based.
