Join Dr. Home Rx (dba ProcessPros.net) and help homeowners improve their homes using powerful incentives like the Inflation Reduction Act. Our platform helps them upgrade windows, roofs, HVAC, and more – and we help you get paid doing it.

What You’ll Do:

For Callers:

• Dial qualified homeowner leads using our mobile power dialer.
• Set 3+ appointments per day from warm and cold data.
• Earn cash + game points for “no’s,” dials, early logins, and more.
• Compete on daily/weekly leaderboards to unlock better leads and AI appointment bots.

For Sales Reps:

• Run in-home or virtual demos (appointments are pre-set for you).
• Close high-ticket home improvement deals.
• Earn commissions + badges for reviews, referrals, and performance.
• Unlock perks like AI follow-up bots, crypto rewards, and real-world bonuses (gas cards, gear, etc.).

What You’ll Earn:

• Callers: 300-750 /deal).
• Closers: 6–12% commission per sale ($1,000–+ per rep).
• Earn PROS tokens monthly based on your rank and performance.
• Get promoted to team lead or AI bot owner (auto-booking = auto-earning).
