Scope of Work • Revise 2 documents from Principal Manager → Lead (reduce scope and experience requirements) • Revise 2 documents from Manager → Executive Director (expand responsibilities, highlight leadership and strategy) • Update or add skills sections tailored to each role • Deliver final, ready-to-use job descriptions Qualifications • Strong background in writing or editing job descriptions and HR materials • Clear, professional writing style with attention to tone and structure • Experience with HR, recruitment, or corporate communications preferred
