IT Project Manager

(Hybrid Quincy MA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business needs.
• Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for reporting and analytics projects.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting thorough data validation and troubleshooting.
• Assist in defining key performance indicator and reporting metrics.

A Day In The Role:

• Working with PO to define requirements, Capture requirements during team meetings, Working with Dev lead to make sure the requirements are being captured at the detailed level
• This role supports governance function with architecture

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Tableau development including dashboard design and optimization.
• 6 Year in experience in BI Tools and 3 years of working experience in TABLEAU DESKTOP and TABLEAU Prep.
• Demonstrated ability to Design load and performance tune the STAR schema data model from the flat files.
• Good Knowledge on SQL and data engineering best practices .
• Ensure data accuracy using data governance best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Ability to perform business analysis tasks including requirements gathering process mapping and gap analysis.
• Detail-Oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and visualization.
• Excellent communication and verbal communication skills.
• Working experience on Microsoft PowerBI is a plus. is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid with 4 onsite and 1 remote. You will be working with team members both in the US and China.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
