Apex Innovative Investments Ventures (“Apex”) is a Toronto-based $35MM venture capital fund founded in 2022 by a group of angel investors and fund managers with a proven track record of successful exits and notable achievements in the industry. Our mission is to fund early-stage startups, focusing on sectors such as AI, fintech, SaaS, healthcare, and cleantech across North America and internationally. As a sector-agnostic firm, we remain open to diverse opportunities while being stage-specific in our investments, targeting startups in the seed stage to Series A. We actively invest in both Canadian and international startups, and our diverse portfolio reflects our designation by the Government of Canada to attract successful entrepreneurs to the country. Apex opened its first office in Canada in 2022, and we are excited to announce that our Australian office is set to launch in the first quarter of 2025, marking our continued global expansion.
