The successful candidate will be responsible for the meticulous tracking and processing of company assets, including:

Data Entry and Inventory Management:
- Record serial numbers, model numbers, and other critical identifying data for IT assets (laptops, monitors, etc.) into Excel spreadsheets and formal inventory systems.
- Accurately record and update inventory records within our enterprise systems, including ServiceNow and SAP.

Asset Recovery Ownership:
- Own the asset recovery process with Dell, serving as the primary liaison to manage the return, disposition, and tracking of end-of-life or leased Dell equipment.

Physical Inventory Support:
- Assist in inventorying network drops, physically counting, labelling, and recording the location and status of network infrastructure termination points.

Complete additional responsibilities as required to support the IT Asset Management team.

Qualifications
- Proven Reliability: Must be extremely punctual, dependable, and capable of working independently on assigned tasks.
- Intermediate Excel Skills: Proficient in data entry, formatting, using basic formulas (SUM, AVERAGE), and creating simple filters/sorts in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Essential for maintaining high accuracy when handling serial numbers, asset tags, and data updates.
- System Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with using or entering data into enterprise platforms like ServiceNow or SAP is a significant asset.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
