- Customer Outreach: Contact existing customers via phone and email to confirm site contact details for warranty units. Data Verification: Validate and update customer information in our internal systems to ensure accuracy. Scheduling Coordination: Work with customers to identify potential scheduling windows for warranty service activities. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all communications and updates. Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams (Dispatch, and Contracts) to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction. Reporting: Provide regular status updates on progress and any challenges encountered. Track progress using excel and internal ERP systems Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Business, Communications, or related field preferred). Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers professionally. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
