  • Assist in project to improve the material flow. Participate in Kaizens. Designing/procuring jigs and equipment to aid production. Standardizing process flows. Determine best utilization of equipment, facilities, material flow and personnel. Write, review and revise operation sheets, prepare or direct preparation of time/motion studies. Confer with engineering personnel on design changes. Enrolled and returning to a college or University program. No relation provided. Candidates must reside within 80km of Delta location to be considered. Must be able to work full-time for 4 months starting in January 2026. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Position Criteria: Strong customer service focus with a commitment to confidentiality, a high level of professionalism and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to work safely on multiple projects. Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the community.
