We are in the process of building a unique, high-end modern / contemporary Scandinavian-inspired custom home in Toronto. The house is at the framing stage (walls and structure are set), and we urgently need an experienced Interior Designer or Interior Architect who specializes in space planning to help us finalize our main floor layout within the next few days. This role is strictly about layouts and functionality – not finishes or décor. ⸻ Our Goals We want a main floor layout that feels open, functional, and exciting, with features such as: • A large open-concept living space with great flow. • A cozy reading nook. • A banquette / breakfast seating area (bench-style). • A functional, high-end kitchen layout for family life and entertaining. • A living area with a large TV and smart furniture arrangement. • Creative design that feels unique, modern, and high-end, not cookie-cutter.
