Description: I am renovating my home and looking for an experienced interior designer to help me visualize and plan the new spaces. My main goal is to see how my house will look after renovation and ensure the overall design feels cohesive. Scope of Work: - Create 3D renderings/mockups of key areas (kitchen, living room, hallway, staircase). - Provide mood boards with finishes (flooring, cabinets, countertops, paint, lighting, etc.) - Suggest layout improvements and storage solutions to optimize space and flow. - Space planning - Offer professional guidance on design harmony – for example: - Does hardwood or tile flooring suit the type of kitchen I’m planning? - Which hardwood color best complements cabinets, furniture, and overall house aesthetics? - What finishes, colors, and materials pair well together to achieve a cohesive look throughout the home? What I Will Provide - Photos and/or floor plans of my home. - Measurements of key spaces. - Inspiration images (style examples such as modern luxe, elegant French country, cozy modern). - Notes on functional needs (storage, baby-friendly, flow). What I’m Looking For: - An interior designer with strong experience in renovations, 3D visualizations, and material selection. - Ability to provide multiple variations/styles for comparison. - Clear communication and collaborative approach. Deliverables: - 3D renderings of specified areas. - Mood boards showcasing recommended finishes. - Written or visual recommendations on material/color pairings for a cohesive design.
