We run a SaaS platform and need an experienced Intercom specialist to: Audit the current Intercom setup: Review existing messages, routing, user tags, rules, and automation Identify issues, missed opportunities, and improvement areas Provide a short written summary of recommended adjustments Build/improve chatbot automation: Create or refine the main visitor chatbot flow Set up routing based on user type (visitor, trial user, paid user) Add automated messages and follow-ups Ensure appropriate tags are applied based on actions The goal is to improve onboarding, user engagement, and overall conversion from trial to paid.
