Vous ferez partie de l'équipe d'essais en vol et d'intégration pour l'A220 dont l’objectif est d’effectuer les essais de développement en vol et au sol. Le chef avion est responsable de s'assurer que la plate-forme est en configuration pour les besoins de test. Vous relevez du chef du centre d'essais en vol et d'intégration (ABIVM), Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à coordonner la préparation et le suivi du plan avion : Rendre compte au Responsable ABIVM / Centre d'Essais en Vol et d'Intégration. Collaborer étroitement avec les différents partenaires, notamment FTE/FTSE. Travailler en coordination avec les Centres de Compétences (CoCs) en Ingénierie. Coopérer de manière proactive avec les équipes MAP DEV, Flightline, Méthodes, Navigabilité, Qualité et Conformité. Veiller à la mise à jour continue de la base de données de configuration (Config File). Préparer et anticiper les changements de configuration des FTV, en conformité avec le planning de maintenance et des essais. Définir le plan de maintenance pour tous les appareils sous l’autorité de conception (DOA), d’assurer la navigabilité continue, d’optimiser et d’adapter le programme de maintenance des avions d’essais, ainsi que de contribuer à l’amélioration de leur opérabilité. Participer activement aux actions visant à maintenir les avions en état de navigabilité. Assurer la mise à jour de la base de données de suivi des AD, SB et RSI. Réviser et actualiser les tâches associées au RBR 168. You will be part of the flight test and integration team for the A220 whose objective is to carry out development tests in flight and on the ground. The aircraft chief is responsible for ensuring that the platform is in configuration for test requirements. You report to the Head of the Flight Test and Integration Center (ABIVM), In your duties, you will be called upon to coordinate the preparation and the follow-up of the aircraft plan: Work closely with various partners, including FTE/FTSE. Coordinate with Engineering Centers of Competence (CoCs). Proactively cooperate with the MAP DEV, Flightline, Methods, Airworthiness, Quality, and Compliance teams. Ensure the continuous updating of the configuration database (Config File). Prepare for and anticipate configuration changes for the FTVs, in accordance with the maintenance and test schedule. Define the maintenance plan for all aircraft under the Design Organization Approval (DOA), ensure continued airworthiness, optimize and adapt the test aircraft maintenance program, and contribute to improving their operability. Actively participate in actions to maintain aircraft airworthiness. Ensure the update of the tracking database for ADs, SBs, and RSIs. Review and update tasks related to RBR 168. Participate in planning meetings for FTVs and Rigs. Develop the action plan for the 144-month inspection of our FTVs. As the ideal candidate, · You have experience development aircraft (FTV) You have more than 15 years of relevant experience. An asset: Having worked as an aircraft controller in flight test development on the A220 in the past. You demonstrate strong leadership skills in accordance with the Airbus leadership model. You are resourceful and able to find creative ways to achieve the desired outcome, adapting to fast-changing situations and emerging challenges. Ability to work under tight deadlines within an integrated, multidisciplinary team. Ability to work under pressure. You have good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with subject matter experts on a range of technical and operational topics.
