SALES BROKER

We are expanding into Oakville and we're looking for licensed and experienced Personal Lines Brokers to join our growing team. Working as a Sales Broker you will help us build our book by working with new clients, responding to quote requests, and writing policies. We supply the leads and you build relationships and write policies.

What Will You Do?

As a Business Development Representative, you'll:

• Respond to inbound insurance leads (primarily over the phone)
• Perform risk discovery analysis on new clients for optimal coverage options
• Provide timely, accurate, and easily understood insurance quotes to prospects
• Utilize Applied Systems (Epic) software for managing client information and insurance processes

Core Requirements

To be successful in this role, our minimum requirements are:

• A level 1 RIBO Licence or above
• 1 year of experience as an insurance broker

Beneficial Skills

Your success in this role will be enhanced if you have:

• Additional insurance licences and/or relevant experience
• Experience with Applied Systems (Epic)
• Proficiency in insurance company portals
