Hampton Roads Water Services is a locally owned RainSoft water filtration dealer serving the Charlottesville, Greater Richmond area, Hampton Roads, and Northeast North Carolina. We’re looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our team as In-Store Lead Generators. You’ll work inside Home Depot, engaging with customers and inviting them to complete a brief Water Awareness Survey – no selling involved!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers inside the store
• Start conversations about water quality and invite participation in a brief survey
• Collect basic customer information for follow-up
• Represent the company in a friendly, professional manner

Qualifications:

• Outgoing and positive attitude
• Comfortable approaching and talking to strangers
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to stand/walk for the duration of shift
• Smart phone required
• Reliable transportation required
• Be able to pass a background check

What We Offer

• Hourly pay: $12/hour + $1 per survey + $40 per sale
• Most reps average $20–$25/hour, some make $30+
• Flexible part-time and full-time schedules
• No cold calling or door-to-door – work in Home Depot
• Ongoing training and team support
