  • About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly ambitious, driven Implementation & Account Manager to join our Canadian team and grow our presence across the country. This is a role for a true hunter — someone who thrives on building relationships, signing new merchants, and driving revenue in the hospitality technology sector.
  • What Your Day Will Look LikeOnboarding & Implementation
  • Configure and customize the Now Book It platform based on each venue’s business needs.
  • Lead merchants through the setup process, ensuring all features, integrations, and data are properly configured before go-live.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions for venue staff, ensuring users are confident and competent with the system.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, tracking milestones, deliverables, and completion timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to address configuration issues or technical escalations.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to account management.
  • Account Management & Customer Success
  • Serve as the main point of contact post-onboarding, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the partnership.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with hospitality clients, acting as a trusted advisor and product expert.
  • Conduct venue audits to identify optimization opportunities and implement best practices that drive success.
  • Manage re-contracting and renewals, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to influence product development and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on platform enhancements and industry trends to proactively guide clients.
  • Support the onboarding and mentorship of new customer success team members when needed.
  • About You
  • You are a hospitality professional and customer success advocate who thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments. You’re equally comfortable guiding new clients through system setup as you are managing ongoing relationships and helping venues unlock more value from the platform.
  • You combine operational know-how with strong technical and communication skills, and you take pride in turning customers into long-term advocates.
  • Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a similar related discipline is desirable
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise sales
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the technology, hospitality or software sectors
  • Must exhibit a hunter sales mentality, highly professional demeanor, high sense of urgency and a highly ambitious outlook and relentless desire to drive sales revenue growth
  • Experience in the Food and Beverage Industry is highly advantageous
  • High-reaching, tenacious and goal-oriented professional; always taking the lead, placing importance on outbound activities and being professionally persistent
  • Well-honed discovery skills, asking questions and relating concepts to your prospects in impactful ways
  • Passionate about hospitality and technology
  • Restaurant management and/or sales experience in the food and beverage industry is strongly preferred but not essential
  • Skilled at communicating new points of view to customers that reframe and challenge the way they view their business
  • Outstanding negotiating skills that help drive business value during sales engagements
  • Passionate about using data and analytics to inform decision-making and build business reasons
  • Strong time management and presentation skills and are comfortable with administrative tasks
  • Empathetic, team-orientated salesperson who loves to collaborate and grow through learning and feedback as much as you love to close a deal

    4. Content highlighting – users can choose to emphasize important elements such as links and titles. They can also choose to highlight focused or hovered elements only.
    5. Audio muting – users with hearing devices may experience headaches or other issues due to automatic audio playing. This option lets users mute the entire website instantly.
    6. Cognitive disorders – we utilize a search engine that is linked to Wikipedia and Wiktionary, allowing people with cognitive disorders to decipher meanings of phrases, initials, slang, and others.
    7. Additional functions – we provide users the option to change cursor color and size, use a printing mode, enable a virtual keyboard, and many other functions.

    Browser and assistive technology compatibility

    We aim to support the widest array of browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS and NVDA (screen readers).
