We are seeking an experienced IELTS instructor or exam content creator to produce authentic IELTS-style materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and proven experience in teaching or preparing students for IELTS. Ownership: Upon full payment, all rights, ownership and copyright of the materials (reading passages, questions, answer keys, writing-task prompts) shall pass exclusively to the Buyer (who is: me). The Seller (freelancer) shall not retain any rights, nor use, reproduce, publish or distribute the materials in any way, for any client or portfolio or commercial purpose, without the Buyer’s prior written consent. The Seller warrants that the materials will be completely original (no plagiarism) and not used elsewhere. The Seller indemnifies the Buyer against any claim arising from infringement of third-party rights.
