- Your Role
- You will lead the design, development, and deployment of IBM Sterling and ACE-based integration solutions.
- You’ll collaborate with architects, business teams, and technical leads to define integration strategies and roadmaps.
- You’ll manage project plans, timelines, and prioritization to ensure successful delivery of integration initiatives.
- You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for senior management and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- You’ll mentor and guide a team of Sterling and ACE developers, fostering technical excellence and career development.
- You’ll ensure compliance with governance standards and maintain high-quality documentation across all projects.
- You’ll work cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and mapping teams to deliver seamless integration outcomes.
- Your Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of overall experience in enterprise integration and software development.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and File Gateway.
- Strong expertise in IBM ACE (App Connect Enterprise), IIB, or equivalent integration platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in the Wholesale Grocery Distribution industry is a plus but not required.
