We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot Specialist who can help us improve our marketing tracking, lead attribution, and reporting visibility. The primary focus will be on setting up accurate UTM tracking for forms and meetings, and creating a comprehensive marketing dashboard within HubSpot for analytical insights. Responsibilities Audit our current HubSpot setup to ensure proper tracking and attribution. Configure UTM parameters for all forms, landing pages, and meetings. Ensure that UTM data flows correctly into contact records and reports. Set up tracking consistency between HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms. Build a custom HubSpot dashboard that visualizes key marketing metrics (traffic, source attribution, conversions, meeting bookings, etc.). Provide documentation and training on how to interpret and maintain the dashboard. Troubleshoot any data inconsistencies or missing tracking fields. Requirements Proven experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub (Professional or Enterprise). Deep understanding of UTM tracking, form submission tracking, and meeting attribution. Experience building custom HubSpot dashboards and reports. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad platform integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
