Job Description: We’re seeking an experienced HubSpot Specialist to assist with ongoing maintenance and support across multiple client accounts. This role will involve ad-hoc tasks as needed to keep HubSpot running smoothly and optimized. Responsibilities: Create and manage Workflows and Sequences in HubSpot Configure and maintain custom fields Build and support reports and dashboards Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in HubSpot Assist with onboarding of new team members Provide general HubSpot support and troubleshooting Requirements: Proven experience working within HubSpot (automation, reporting, technical support) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and knowledge of HubSpot best practices Clear communication and ability to work independently Nice to Have: Experience supporting multiple client HubSpot accounts Familiarity with marketing automation best practices Engagement Details: This is an hourly, ad-hoc role with tasks assigned on an as-needed basis.
