About Us We’re a fast-growing company looking for a HubSpot expert to help us streamline, optimize, and elevate our CRM, marketing automation, and sales processes. If you're a certified HubSpot pro who thrives on creating systems that drive real results — we want to work with you. Role Overview As our HubSpot Expert, you’ll be the go-to for everything related to our HubSpot CRM. From custom workflows and automation to pipeline management and reporting, your job is to make HubSpot work smarter for us — and support our marketing, sales, and operations teams in hitting their goals. Key Responsibilities: Optimize and manage our HubSpot CRM setup (Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hub) Design and implement workflows, sequences, and automations Set up and manage custom properties, lists, dashboards, and reports Segment contacts and support lead scoring, nurturing, and qualification Support marketing campaigns with email automation and landing page optimization Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain system integrity Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and adoption Train team members on best practices and usage as needed What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing HubSpot (3+ years preferred) HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Admin strongly preferred) Deep understanding of CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, and pipeline stages Strong experience with workflow automation, integrations, and reporting Tech-savvy with a problem-solving mindset Excellent communication and documentation skills [Bonus] Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make.com, Google Sheets, Slack, etc. Perks & Benefits: Remote-first role (work from anywhere) Flexible hours (as long as deliverables are met) Collaborative, no-drama team environment Opportunity to make a real impact and grow with us How to Apply Send your resume, a short intro, and a link to your HubSpot certifications or portfolio (if available)
