This position requires an advanced level of English. Approximately 40% of your duties will require communication in English, primarily to collaborate with and provide necessary support to colleagues and business functions located outside of Quebec who do not speak French, ensuring seamless synergy within the cross-Canada organization.

Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the HRIS (ADP or equivalent), ensuring system functionality, accuracy, and data security.
Perform timely and accurate data entry, routine audits, and updates to maintain the integrity of employee records.
Partner with IT and human resources leadership to plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Design, test, and implement automation workflows to streamline HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.
Leverage AI-enabled features and tools within the system to improve data analysis, reporting accuracy, and predictive insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards, human resources key performance indicators (KPIs), and custom reports for compliance and business needs.
Actively support key HR processes through the HRIS, such as onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and payroll integration.
Provide first-line technical support and ongoing training to HRIS end-users.
Document and update HRIS procedures, user guides, and data quality standards.
Conduct rigorous functional testing for new features, configurations, and system changes before company-wide implementation.
Act as a steward of HR data privacy, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Research emerging technologies and recommend system improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant HRIS administration or HR systems support experience.
In-depth, hands-on experience with a major HRIS platform (ADP experience is a strong asset).
Full professional fluency in French and English (advanced level), both written and spoken.
Ability to travel occasionally within Canada (up to 10%) for meetings, projects, or training.
Strong reporting and data analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Solid understanding of human resources processes, policies, and core data management principles.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
Experience with HR reporting tools, analytics platforms, and process automation software is a plus.
Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages is highly desirable.
Familiarity with payroll, benefits, and timekeeping system integrations.
