Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Urban area. Tasks: Interview client individually, in families, or in groups, to assess their situation and problems to determine the types of services required . Perform administrative tasks. Plan programs of assistance for clients. Refer clients to agencies that provide financial assistance, legal aid, housing, medical treatment and other services.
