Job Overview - PLEASE READ IT ALL I’m looking for a dedicated long-term VA to handle daily uploading of gaming content for one of my clients of my marketing agency, across multiple platforms (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Twitter). You’ll be responsible for taking pre-sourced viral videos from Google Drive, applying light edits, creating strong titles/descriptions with ChatGPT, and uploading them manually. This role has a 3-month probation period with the opportunity for promotion + bonuses based on performance. Daily Responsibilities (About 2 hours in total daily - Fast Paced Work) - Video Selection & Prep - Access daily viral clips from Google Drive. - Apply minimal edits in CapCut or Canva if needed (text, brand overlay's, trimming, watermark, etc.). - Upload Content (4 per platform, per day) this means a total of 12 posts will be done per day - Platforms: YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Twitter. - Uploads must be manual (no scheduling tools). - Space uploads ~3 hrs apart. - Optimization - Use ChatGPT to generate: Engaging, clickable video titles, and SEO-friendly descriptions & hashtags. Which you will Apply consistently across platforms when posting. Daily Reporting - Fill out tracker at the end of each day with: - Links to each upload. - Titles/descriptions used. - Any engagement/notes. Requirements - Fluent English (must write strong captions/titles). - Proven experience with YouTube/TikTok/Twitter uploads. - Basic editing skills (CapCut/Canva). - Strong ChatGPT knowledge for titles/descriptions. - Reliable internet & ability to post 7 days a week. - Detail-oriented with consistency.
