We’re looking for closers who know how to identify pain, prescribe a bundled solution, and confidently secure six-figure contracts that pay well for years to come. ⸻ Your Role • Prospect and pitch property managers, facility managers, and building owners • Sell bundled service contracts: cleaning, maintenance, exterior and seasonal work • Use our entry-point offers or go straight for large multi-service packages • Log activity and help build a repeatable, scalable outbound process ⸻ Compensation Structure 1. Core Commission • 15% of the first-year contract value • Paid upon collection (not just signing) • Applies to all core services: janitorial, windows, parkade, snow, graffiti, etc. Example: • Janitorial contract (30,000 sq ft): $54,000 → $8,100 • Window Cleaning (high-rise): $20,000 → $3,000 • Parkade Pressure Washing: $18,000 → $2,700 • Snow & Ice Removal: $4,000 → $600 • Graffiti Removal: $3,000 → $450 • Push & Pull Entry Service: $9,600 → $1,440 One well-bundled building = $16,290 Close 5 to 6 per year and you’re at $80K–$100K.
