I’m looking for someone who has real experience with Zammad (hosted / self-hosted version) to help me build a full support system for my WordPress support agency. I want all customer messages to land in one place (Zammad) — no matter how they contact us — and then I want every new ticket in Zammad to automatically create a task in ClickUp for internal tracking. What I Need Set Up: SMS support into Zammad When a customer texts us, it should create/update a ticket in Zammad. WhatsApp support into Zammad When a customer messages WhatsApp, it should create/update a ticket in Zammad. Email support into Zammad Our shared support email should automatically create tickets. Web form support into Zammad A support form on our website should create a ticket in Zammad. After that: Zammad → ClickUp automation Every new (or updated) Zammad ticket should automatically create a task in ClickUp with key details (customer name, channel, message, attachments if possible). Bonus (nice to have): syncing status or comments between ClickUp and Zammad so my dev team can work in ClickUp but we still see updates in Zammad.
