We’re looking for someone who can take charge of interviewing and onboarding healthcare candidates from start to finish. You’ll be the bridge between new hires and our clients, making sure everything runs smoothly, requirements are met, and candidates are ready to work. What You’ll Be Doing Interview & Onboard: Guide candidates step by step through the onboarding process—send and track paperwork, explain requirements, and confirm everything is complete before handoff. Work Across Platforms: Use e-signature tools, background check systems, drug test vendors, online learning portals, and client/VMS platforms to keep onboarding moving. Stay Flexible: Every client may need different credentials, certificates, or documents—be ready to adapt and find solutions. Communicate Often: Keep candidates engaged and on track with regular phone calls, emails, and texts. Keep It Organized: Maintain clean records, trackers, and notes so candidate status is always clear and audit-ready. What We’re Looking For 1–2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting. Solid experience with onboarding and credential coordination. Familiarity with healthcare documentation requirements. Strong communicator—professional phone manner, clear emails, and good follow-through. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple candidates at once. Comfortable with technology—especially e-sign tools, background check platforms, and online testing systems. Availability during Pacific Time business hours for training, with flexibility to adjust based on urgency and workload.
