In this role, you'll guide and grow a team of designers, share best practices, mentor talents and play a key role in evaluating and evolving the design team.
- Lead and mentor a team of game designers, providing guidance and support
- Create an inspiring and motivating environment to maximize creativity and productivity
- Identify and hire talented game designers to build a strong team
- Transfer best practices between projects
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of the mobile games market to stay ahead of industry trends and make informed game design decisions
- Collaborate closely with producers and game designers to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts
- Evaluate new projects from a game design perspective
- At least 3 years of experience as a Lead Game Designer in commercially successful projects
- An interest in genre such as Idle Tycoon and deep, long-term player engagement
- Deep understanding of system game design principles
- Clear understanding of monetization strategies and principles
- Experience managing a portfolio of multiple projects
- Extensive knowledge of the mobile gaming market and industry trends
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with game analytics
- Ability to articulate and communicate a clear vision and ideas
- Strong leadership and human resources management skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
