About the Role
We are hiring a Head of Founder Content and Personal Brand. Your number one responsibility is growing the personal brand of our founder, who already reaches more than 1,000,000 impressions each month and has more than 25,000 followers across platforms.
You will turn raw ideas, meetings, warehouse moments and conversations into a consistent stream of content across LinkedIn, Twitter, email, video and case studies. You will build a repeatable content engine, manage freelancers, coordinate shoots, run campaigns and create partnerships that drive attention, trust and inbound pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks in stories, writes fast and understands how to build influence through content.
Key Responsibilities
Founder Personal Brand
Own all content for the founder across LinkedIn, Twitter, email and short form video. Shape the founder’s voice and turn real moments into clear stories.
Content Writing and Production
Write posts, scripts, newsletters and long form content. Plan shoots, organize shot lists and work with videographers to produce platform native videos.
Influencer and Creator Program
Build and manage a network of creators, operators, agencies and brand partners. Coordinate co created content, outreach and referral opportunities.
Case Study Development
Plan and produce customer case studies. Interview customers, gather proof, write storylines and deliver polished case studies that support sales.
Freelancer and Channel Oversight
Manage freelancers for Twitter, YouTube and other channels. Provide briefs, review drafts and maintain consistent quality.
Partnership Development
Develop partnerships with agencies, consultants and resellers. Build shared content initiatives and referral pipelines.
Campaign Execution
Plan and execute major marketing campaigns for launches, events and sales pushes. Manage timelines, assets and performance tracking.
Landing Page and Asset Creation
Use Canva to design visuals, landing pages and simple digital assets. Figma experience is a bonus.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong storytelling ability and creative thinking
- 3 to 5 or more years of hands on email marketing and campaign experience
- Proven ability to write for founders, executives or personal brands
- Experience planning and producing short form video content
- Strong writing skills across short and long form content
- Ability to design simple assets and landing pages using Canva
- Comfort with tools like HubSpot, Beehiv or similar platforms
- Experience running campaigns from planning through execution
- Ability to interview customers and create case study content
- Strong organization and project management
- Experience managing freelancers and creative contributors
Understanding of YouTube, Twitter and short form content formats

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
