We’re looking for a Head of Creatives / CMO-type leader to own and scale our creative strategy. This is a senior role for someone who knows how to build, manage, and lead a creative machine that consistently produces high-performing campaigns. If you’re a creative strategist with a proven ability to come up with fresh angles, avatars, and ad concepts—and you know how to lead a team to execute them at scale—this role is for you. What You’ll Do Own the creative process – from ideation to execution. You’ll decide which concepts get made, how they’re tested, and how they evolve. Lead creative pods – manage and coordinate VSL teams, short-form content creators, and designers to deliver cohesive campaigns. Develop winning angles & avatars – research customer psychology, competitors, and market trends to generate fresh hooks and narratives. Collaborate cross-functionally – work with media buyers, editors, and UGC creators to ensure creative translates into real campaign performance. Analyze performance data – translate results into actionable creative insights, deciding when to double down or pivot. Manage & mentor – lead a Jr. Creative Strategist, oversee workflows, and ensure smooth execution across projects. Scale creative output – build systems that allow us to test more concepts, faster, while keeping quality high. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of creative strategy experience in performance marketing, DTC, or ecommerce. Strong track record managing creatives in high ad spend environments. Proven ability to develop and test concepts systematically (angles, hooks, avatars). Experience working with VSLs, short-form ads, and funnel creatives. Leadership skills – you’ve managed creative teams and workflows before. Data-driven mindset – you make creative calls based on numbers, not guesswork.
