Role reports to: Head of Consumer Business Insights NA Location: North America, Canada, Ontario, Markham Work Location: Hybrid What you will do We’re looking for an inspiring, strategic, and analytically driven leader to shape the future of insights as our Director of Consumer & Business Intelligence for Canada. In this role, you’ll unlock a 360° understanding of our consumers and categories—translating complex data into clear, actionable intelligence that fuels brand growth, sharpens commercial strategy, and elevates decision‑making across the organization. You will lead end‑to‑end insight generation, business performance reporting, and measurement strategy, ensuring our teams have the clarity and foresight they need to win. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in consumer behavior, market dynamics, and advanced analytics—paired with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategy through insight‑led storytelling. Location: Kenvue Canada's corporate office is currently located in Markham, ON but is scheduled to move to North York (Yonge and Sheppard area) in or around Q3 2026. Travel: Up to 5% may be required Key Responsibilities: Connected Insights: Lead the integration of consumer journey development, competitive insights, and trend identification to create a cohesive understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior. Innovation Insights: Identify commercial innovation white spaces, and evaluate innovation platforms, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives that drive strategic and commercial growth. Brand Strategy Insights: Develop consumer empathy maps, assess brand equity, and optimize distinctive brand assets to inform robust brand strategies. Measurement & Reporting: Drive creative localization learning and optimize creative and media performance through integrated analytics, delivering insights that elevate campaign effectiveness and decision‑making Engaged Team Leadership—upskilling, developing, and coaching the team to ensure they generate impactful insights that directly influence strategy and execution decisions. Requirements: Education: A Bachelor's degree is required; Post-graduate degree or equivalent in Market Research, Social Sciences or Statistics is strongly preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of insights experience, with a strong emphasis on consumer and business intelligence. Leadership: 2-3 years of proven experience in people leadership, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. Data Literacy: Highly data literate with the ability to generate actionable insights from diverse data sources (syndicated, ad hoc, analytics). Decision-Making: Proven capability to drive decision-making processes using key insights and data to enable efficient and effective business strategies. Influence: A demonstrated track record of shaping business strategy and inluencing leadership teams with compelling insights and recommendations.
