Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a core contributor within Tech Mahindra’s Guidewire Engineering team.
• Lead the design and implementation of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), recommending appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Review and validate both high-level and detailed solution designs.
• Conduct technical proof-of-concepts to explore new technologies and architectural patterns, and suggest enhancements or migration strategies from legacy systems.
• Drive Guidewire implementation efforts, including inception phases and suite deployments (PC/BC/CC).
• Utilize expertise in Java, GOSU, Spring, web services, server-side technologies, and various testing methodologies.
• Work with CI/CD tools such as Maven, Gradle, NPM, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Leverage AWS services including EC2, Lambda, ECS, S3, EBS, VPC, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation (preferred).
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to build and maintain resilient, scalable, and secure services and platforms.
• Partner with testing, security, and operations teams to ensure robust and compliant solutions.
• Participate in talent acquisition by conducting technical interviews.
• Engage with the Guidewire community to share knowledge and seek solutions across the product portfolio.

• Requirements

Experience Required

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with one or more Guidewire InsuranceSuite products-PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), or ClaimCenter (CC).
