- The Customer Service Agent is required to have a pleasant, polite, energetic, and helpful presence while providing front line service to our casino customers. Individuals who succeed in our Customer Service position are organized, quick and have the ability to multitask.

- * Greeting guests when they enter the casino
- * General coat check duties
- * Making announcements over the intercom
- * Interacting with guests and respond graciously to inquiries regarding services and features of the casino
- * Assisting marketing when required by making gift baskets, promotional items, laminating and cutting
- * Responsible for selling Casino merchandise and other items
- * Providing information about upcoming casino events
- * Other related service duties or responsibilities may be assigned based on business requirements
- Requirements
- * Able to maintain security clearance
- * At least 18 years of age
- * Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends
- * Fluent in the English language
- * Lottery ticket sales experience is considered an asset
- * A team player who is willing to learn new skills
- * Enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a variety of customers
- Work Conditions
- * Must be able to stand for 8-hour periods
- * Must be able to bend to reach shelves
- * Must be able to carry out light cleaning duties
- * Must be available to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- * Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
