• Summary

• The Customer Service Agent is required to have a pleasant, polite, energetic, and helpful presence while providing front line service to our casino customers.   Individuals who succeed in our Customer Service position are organized, quick and have the ability to multitask.

• Job Duties

• * Greeting guests when they enter the casino
• * General coat check duties
• * Making announcements over the intercom
• * Interacting with guests and respond graciously to inquiries regarding services and features of the casino
• * Assisting marketing when required by making gift baskets, promotional items, laminating and cutting
• * Responsible for selling Casino merchandise and other items
• * Providing information about upcoming casino events
• * Other related service duties or responsibilities may be assigned based on business requirements

• Requirements

• * Able to maintain security clearance
• * At least 18 years of age
• * Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends
• * Fluent in the English language
• * Lottery ticket sales experience is considered an asset
• * A team player who is willing to learn new skills
• * Enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a variety of customers 

• Work Conditions

• * Must be able to stand for 8-hour periods
• * Must be able to bend to reach shelves
• * Must be able to carry out light cleaning duties
• * Must be available to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• * Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
