About the role
This position manages the client services team providing tactical and strategic leadership. Works directly with the client to ensure goals and objectives are being met and takes ownership of the campaign process from inception to completion. Supervises the client services team on a day to day basis.
What you'll do
Primary contact between the client and client services team, working to ensure brand strategy is effectively communicated and understood by team membersDevelops relationships and manages key opinion leadersHas a full understanding of the client’s brand, therapeutic area and objectivesUses independent judgment and discretion to act as a bridge between the brand and creative strategyManages day to day client service business to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetAbility to anticipate client needs and make recommendationsSimultaneously handles multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines Leads and sets an example for the client services team delivering quality products to clientsWorks with multiple departments to ensure overall quality control of projects, including providing meaningful input as to employee performance and other issues within the agencyConstantly communicates with all departments, providing necessary project updatesProvides leadership and guidance to direct reportsPerforms administrative tasks necessary to meet client deliverablesAttends meetings to discuss client projects and give status updatesPerforms other duties as assignedAbout You
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent discipline required7+ years client services experience within a high volume advertising agency Must be self-motivated, professional, detail oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skillsComfortable working under pressure within tight deadlinesAdvanced PC experience with all MS Office SuiteWhat we can offer
