The book combines ancient wisdom with a practical framework called PLIBHU. We are open to working from existing graphics or having you recreate them to provide a complete graphics package that is visually appealing and easy to understand. About the Book: Written by a suicide survivor who rebuilt his life using spiritual principles, this book offers readers aged 18-65 a path from darkness to light through meditation, journaling, and conscious practices. It will be self-published as both an eBook and print-on-demand edition.
