Key responsibilities

• Drive the creative process from concept through to delivery, including concept creation, defining the creative direction, aligning with stakeholders, and ensuring high-level execution while meeting agreed timelines.
• Deliver creatives that power campaigns, improve engagement, and strengthen our market presence.
• Develop scalable design templates to enhance efficiency in the workflow where possible.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Creative, Marketing, Product teams, and external partners to ensure that all creative work is strategically grounded, visually consistent, and optimized for its intended channels.
• Stay current with design trends and technologies, experimenting with new tools and techniques.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts and design internal and external brand merchandise.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design with 5 - 7+ years of experience as a designer in marketing and advertising. Experience in animation and / or 3D is considered a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing clear conceptual thinking and a strong eye for design.
• Expert command of the Adobe suite and Figma.
• A strong foundation in core design principles, including typography, colour theory and layout design.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
