We are a growing marketing agency that works with a variety of clients, from startups to established businesses. We offer services including branding, digital marketing, web design, social media content, and more. As we scale, we are looking for a dependable and talented graphic & web designer to join us on a long-term retainer basis to support all our design and website needs. What You’ll Do You will be responsible for handling a wide range of design tasks, as well as web-based work. Key responsibilities include: Create visual assets for clients: logos, brand identity, marketing collateral (social graphics, banners, print & digital materials), etc. Design, build, and update websites: design mockups / wireframes, responsive layouts, front-end work or working with CMSs (WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, etc.). Maintain consistency with branding guidelines across all materials. Work closely with our marketing / content teams to ensure visuals match campaign goals and messaging. Manage and deliver multiple projects / tasks each month, meeting deadlines. Provide revisions based on feedback, and respond quickly to requests. Suggest improvements, stay updated with design/web trends (UX/UI, responsive design, performance, best practices).
