We’re looking for someone to: Audit & Strategy Review any existing campaigns (if applicable) and analytics setup Identify quick wins and longer-term growth opportunities Build a clear acquisition strategy for Google (Search/Performance Max/YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Campaign Setup & Management Set up end-to-end campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Create and structure campaigns, ad sets/ad groups, audiences, and tracking Implement retargeting and lookalike strategies for visitors, add-to-carts, and past buyers Creative & Messaging Help shape ad angles that highlight our value: freshness, convenience, price, and local sourcing Brief us on the types of creatives that perform best (UGC style, static, video, carousels) A/B test headlines, copy, and creatives to steadily improve CTR and conversion rates Tracking, Data & Optimization Ensure proper tracking with Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversions, and events Set up and interpret key metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV assumptions, subscription signup rate Ongoing optimization of bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creative based on data Reporting & Communication Provide clear weekly or bi-weekly performance reports Explain what’s working, what’s not, and what you’re testing next Help us translate the data into business decisions (e.g., how much we can safely scale spend) Ideal Candidate You’re a good fit if you: Have proven experience running profitable campaigns for: DTC brands, subscription boxes, or e-commerce Food/ grocery / meal kits / local delivery is a big plus Know your way around: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping is a bonus) Meta Ads Manager (Facebook + Instagram) Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Are performance focused: Comfortable talking CAC, ROAS, LTV, contribution margin—not just clicks and impressions Understand Canadian market nuances: Comfortable working with CAD, Canadian audiences, and Canadian privacy/advertising norms What Success Looks Like Over the first 60–90 days, success looks like: A clean, well-structured Google & Meta account setup Clear, measurable funnel from ad → landing page → subscription sign-up Consistently improving: Cost per lead / cost per trial box Cost per active subscriber Overall ROAS on paid campaigns A testing roadmap for creatives, audiences, and offers Project Details Location: We’re based in Canada. You can be located anywhere, but experience with Canadian or North American markets is preferred. Engagement: Initial project to audit, set up, and optimize for the first 4–8 weeks Potential to move to an ongoing monthly retainer for management if it’s a good fit
