Summary We are looking for a dedicated, full-time Google Ads Campaign Manager (40 hours/week) to join our team long-term. This role involves fully managing, optimizing, and reporting on Google Ads campaigns to ensure strong performance, accurate tracking, and consistent growth. 💻 Main Responsibilities: Set up, manage, and optimize Google Search, Performance Max, Display, and Retargeting campaigns. Conduct full keyword research, including competitor analysis and negative keyword refinement. Create effective campaign structures, ad groups, responsive search ads, and extensions. Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads. Monitor campaigns daily and perform weekly optimizations to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and lead quality. Analyze search terms, adjust bidding strategies, test ad copy variations, and scale top-performing keywords. Review landing pages and provide recommendations to improve conversion rates and Quality Score. Manage weekly/monthly budget pacing, prevent overspend, and reallocate spend based on performance. Track competitor activity through auction insights and adjust campaign strategy accordingly. Produce weekly performance reports with clear metrics and actionable insights. Communicate consistently and be available Monday–Friday. ⚡ Requirements: Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (minimum 3+ years). Demonstrated results — ability to provide past performance screenshots or reports. Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization. Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup. Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions without constant supervision. Strong analytical and communication skills. Consistent weekday availability and responsiveness. ✨ Nice to Have: Experience managing local service lead generation campaigns. Familiarity with landing page optimization / CRO (strategy only). Experience with Google Ads scripts or automation tools. Understanding of Performance Max asset optimization. 💵 Compensation: Fixed monthly rate: $400. Full-time workload: 30 hours/week. Long-term, stable collaboration with continuous campaign management and optimization.
