Job Description: We are Redux Movement, a private physiotherapy and advanced rehabilitation clinic in Mississauga, specializing in pain management, injuries, and movement restoration. We’re looking for a Google Ads expert to create a complete campaign build that we can upload ourselves into our Google Ads account. The primary goal is to generate 40 qualified patient leads per month while keeping cost per acquisition (CAC) low and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). Scope of Work: Research relevant keywords (pain, injuries, physiotherapy, sciatica, rehab, etc.). Structure campaign(s) with ad groups, keyword match types, and negative keywords. Write compelling ad copy (headlines, descriptions, CTAs). Set up ad extensions (callouts, sitelinks, location, call extensions). Provide campaign build in Google Ads Editor format or a Google Sheet/Excel upload template. Include step-by-step instructions on how we can import and activate it in our own account.
