We specialize in Facebook & Google growth systems powered by GoHighLevel, automation, AI agents, and conversion-focused follow-up. We are not looking for a “click buttons” VA. We need a true GoHighLevel systems builder who understands how CRM, automation, attribution, and lead flow work together. What You’ll Own You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving GoHighLevel systems across multiple client accounts. This includes: Full GoHighLevel sub-account setup and optimization Pipelines, stages, and opportunity management Workflows for: Speed-to-lead Missed-call text back SMS, email, and voicemail follow-ups Appointment booking and confirmations Review request and reactivation campaigns Calendar setup for service-based businesses Lead source attribution and tracking AI agent setup (SMS / voice / appointment setting) Snapshot creation, documentation, and reuse Troubleshooting deliverability, automations, and logic issues Supporting onboarding for new clients You’ll work closely with the founder to productize and standardize systems, not reinvent them every time. What We’re Looking For This role is for someone who: Has deep, hands-on GoHighLevel experience (not surface level) Understands marketing workflows, not just CRM mechanics Can think in systems, logic, and edge cases Has built multiple GHL accounts end-to-end Is comfortable with AI tools inside HighLevel Communicates clearly and documents work Can move fast without breaking things Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with home-service or local businesses Understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LSAs, or SEO lead flows Experience building reusable snapshots Familiarity with A2P, DNS, SPF/DKIM, and email deliverability Expectations Reliable availability and fast turnaround Clean builds that don’t need constant fixing Proactive thinking and improvement suggestions Long-term mindset, not short-term freelancing Compensation Competitive hourly or monthly retainer Performance-based increases over time Long-term opportunity as TradeBoost scales How to Apply When applying, do not send a generic message.
