GoHighLevel Automation Expert — Audit, Test & SOP Walkthrough (Phase 1 QA) Project Overview: We’re a Canadian-based marketing automation agency looking for an experienced GoHighLevel automation specialist to audit and optimize our backend workflows before launch. Your role: Audit, organize, and test our automations to ensure zero missed leads, full compliance with messaging quiet hours, and clear documentation (Loom walkthroughs) for internal training. This is a fixed-scope project (Phase 1) — if successful, we’ll expand to future work (More GHL and maybe some Make.com / N8N automations and ongoing QA). Deliverables: You’ll ensure our GoHighLevel account is clean, compliant, and firing correctly end-to-end. The work includes: -Audit & Mapping: Inventory all workflows across the client journey (Lead → Speed-to-Lead → Booking → Reminder → Show; Sale → Onboarding → Retention) -Organize & Standardize: Rename and clean folders using a structured format -Logic Tightening: Add or correct missing steps (confirmations, routing, quiet-hour deferrals) -Compliance Check: Respect quiet hours (9 pm–8 am ET) and include STOP/opt-out on SMS -Testing: Run synthetic leads across multiple entry points to confirm everything works -SOP Walkthroughs: Record 2 Loom-style videos (≤8 min each) explaining the system structure and test results What You’ll Deliver: -Workflow inventory and journey map (before/after) -Compliance checklist (CASL, quiet hours, opt-out) -Two Loom SOP walkthroughs (system overview + lead-to-booking test) -Screenshots from test runs -Mini changelog with notes on what was fixed or adjusted Required Skills: -Strong GoHighLevel workflow experience (triggers, automations, pipelines) -Confident debugging and QA testing skills -Understanding of marketing data hygiene (UTMs, source/offer tracking) -Familiar with SMS/email compliance frameworks -Excellent communication and documentation (Looms, changelogs) -Bonus: experience with Make.com or N8N Budget & Timeline: -Fixed-price: $400 USD Milestones: 1) Audit & Map – $160 2) Fix & Test – $160 3) SOP Looms & Docs – $80 Timeline: 7–10 days total (flexible for thorough testing) Work Style & Communication: Collaborate asynchronously via Upwork messages Provide progress updates using short Looms or screenshots Be proactive — flag blockers early rather than waiting for review Work independently but document clearly for our internal handoff To Apply, please include: -Example of a GoHighLevel or Make.com audit you’ve done -A sample Loom or doc showing how you explain workflows -Short note on how you’d approach QA/testing -Your timezone and typical working hours
