🚀 Job Opening: Go HighLevel Workflow & Automation Expert (Short-Term Contract) We’re looking for a Go HighLevel power user with real implementation experience – not just someone who knows how to use the platform, but someone who knows how to build inside it. This is a short-term contract role with the potential for more work. Your main job will be to take our written processes and workflow outlines and translate them into fully functioning Go HighLevel automations, pipelines, and systems. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Workflow Implementation: Build automation sequences and triggers based on written SOPs. Client Task Follow-Ups: Set up automations that prompt follow-ups when tasks are overdue. Internal Task Management: Create internal systems for managing tasks, deadlines, and ownership using Go HighLevel. Email System Integration: Help connect and streamline our email communication setup inside GHL. Service Delivery Workflows: Build internal automations that: Deliver our services efficiently Trigger monthly task rotations Notify clients when reports or deliverables are ready Landing Page Support (optional but nice to have): Assist with drag-and-drop page builds inside GHL. ✅ You Should Have Proven experience building custom workflows in Go HighLevel (not just using snapshots or pre-made templates) Comfort with: Triggers, actions, wait steps, conditions Webhooks, custom values, and dynamic fields Calendar, CRM, email, and pipeline integrations Solid understanding of how automation supports business processes The ability to think logically and structure workflows from written instructions Excellent communication and documentation skills Attention to detail and ability to test/debug your work 💬 Bonus Skills Experience with Go HighLevel API/Webhooks Design eye for building simple and clean landing pages in the GHL builder Understanding of sales and service workflows in digital marketing agencies ⏱ Availability Part-time or project-based availability Must be responsive and able to turn around tasks efficiently To Apply, send us: A short LOOM VIDEO describing your experience building in Go HighLevel SHOW workflows or systems you’ve built in the video (if possible) Your hourly/project rate and availability
