GIS Manager
Location: Warrington, PA 18976
Salary: $80,000 – $110,000

Are you a GIS professional ready to lead, innovate, and expand geographic information systems across an established engineering firm? Based in Warrington, PA, this role offers the chance to shape the company's GIS capabilities while supporting major infrastructure and planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development to expand GIS services company-wide
• Deliver presentations and GIS solutions to internal teams and clients
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and technical documentation as needed
• Track and manage incoming GIS project requests and strategic initiatives
• Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of GIS-based solutions
• Provide expert-level support and guidance to staff and clients
• Perform quality control checks on GIS outputs and workflows
• Stay informed on the latest GIS technologies, tools, and best practices
• Acquire and maintain datasets from federal, state, and local agencies
• Support the publication of web services, maps, and interactive applications
• Use ArcGIS tools to produce maps, reports, data packages, and exhibits

Your Background:

• 10+ years of GIS experience, including management or supervisory roles
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Planning, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Advanced expertise with ESRI ArcGIS suite (Pro, Enterprise, Portal, Mobile)
• Programming skills in Python, SQL, or similar languages
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying ESRI-based solutions
• Familiarity with municipal datasets and underground utility systems
• Experience working with AutoCAD formats is a plus
• Proven ability to write, research, and manage grant applications
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and leadership capability
